The Liberation of Mauricio Najarro | DOCUMENTARY

A devout young Latino Catholic, son of Salvadoran immigrants, refuses to let people who do not fully understand who he is, and what he stands for, determine his identity as a human being and as a believer. His resolve to be authentically Catholic makes him free.

"The Liberation of Mauricio Najarro" is part of the three film documentary project, "Longing for More: Young Adult Hispanic Catholics," that shares the spiritual journeys of young Hispanic Catholics in the United States as they grapple with questions of identity, faith and belonging.
