Why do mums feel the need to appear busy to each other? Why is there this competition, even amongst full time homemakers, about 'how much' we all do (on top of just loving and serving our families)?

I've been guilty of this myself - focusing on small tasks rather than having bigger goals for my day and my motherhood. I need a reset- and if you do too, I hope this video encourages you to try something a little bit different.
