How do you pray? And how can you pray BETTER as a Catholic? I had the pleasure of doing my second retreat with a wonderful women's Catholic center here in LA, and this time around, I've come out of it with a powerful message to share about having solid prayer life - and how that can dramatically change everything.

In this video, I want to take a deep dive into how the evolution of my prayer life, and living by a plan of life, has allowed God to have a presence so real that I cannot stop calling on His name. Prayer has allowed to step aside, get humble, empty my cup and myself so God can fill it, and lead me by His will.

I want to share with you how to pray better as a Catholic on the road to deeper devotion. And give you a blueprint on how to make that happen - consistently, daily.
